We are a family-run company that offers (semi-) automatic microscopy systems mainly for the semiconductor industry. With years of experience and expertise in the field of metrology, defect inspection and review, we work closely with our customers to create the desired solutions.

The combination of our in-house production and software development enables us to react flexibly to individual customer requirements. In addition to selling new microscopes, we are also able to refurbish used microscopes and manufacture them for new applications.
